(per esempio eventi.cliente.it) e poi, a scelta:
In alternativa scrivi a app@qrgo.events.
L'informativa completa è sulla pagina Informativa sulla Privacy.
Scrivi a app@qrgo.events.

This is the official support page for the QRGo and QRGo Staff apps, developed by Romeo Gaetano (Italy). Here you will find how to reach us and answers to the most common questions.
To help us answer straight away, please include: which app you are using (QRGo or QRGo Staff), your phone model and iOS or Android version, the name of the event, what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot is always useful.
Open the app and scan the event QR code (on signs at the venue, on your ticket, or in the organizer's material). The first time, your phone asks for camera permission: the scanner cannot work without it.
On the sign-in screen enter the customer's Domain
(for example eventi.cliente.it), then either:
The domain, username, password and PIN are issued by the event organizer: we cannot create or recover them for you.
Check that the domain is typed without https:// and without spaces, and that the username
or PIN belongs to the current event (gate PINs are often valid for one event only). If it still fails,
ask the organizer to confirm; if they tell you the credentials are correct, write to us and we will look into it.
Camera permission was denied. You can turn it back on:
Location permission (“While Using the App”) and GPS must both be on. Indoors, under a canopy or between tall buildings the signal is inaccurate: step outside and give it a few seconds to settle.
Yes, to download the event map and to record check-ins. Once loaded, the map keeps working even on a weak connection.
The procedure is described on the Data Deletion page. You can also write to app@qrgo.events.
The full notice is on the Privacy Policy page.
Write to app@qrgo.events. We read everything; reports coming from gates and from events in progress are handled first.

QRGo is a tool used by event organizers. Information about an individual event (tickets, accreditation, schedules, access rights) is managed by the organizer, so those questions are best addressed to them. If you are not sure who to ask, write to us and we will point you in the right direction.
